How long does shipping take?

Kuda CBD™ is committed to having your product shipped the following day of ordering. It is sent via UPS ground shipping.

Are Kuda products tested, and how do I see the results?

All Kuda CBD™ products are tested by a third party lab. This third party lab is certified by the State of Ohio in accordance with all Ohio CBD standards, to ensure all certificates of analysis are thorough and accessible to consumers. Every Kuda product has a QR code which will take you directly to its online test result.

What is the difference between full spectrum and broad spectrum hemp?

Full spectrum hemp is where the entire hemp plant is processed and manufactured so all elements of the plant are being processed. This in turn will less than .3% THC in the product, which is in compliance with The Hemp Farming Act of 2018. Broad spectrum hemp is when only certain components of the plant are processed creating a completely THC free product.

How much CBD should I take?

Everyone is different when it comes to how much CBD they take. Some people are sensitive to CBD while others have a higher tolerance. We recommend starting with a lower dose and working up.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a is a phytocannabinoid found in hemp. CBD is one of many cannabinoids, or molecules produced uniquely by the cannabis family. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, the primary psychoactive element in marijuana), CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn't have a strong effect on cognitive brain activity and doesn't cause the "high" associated with marijuana.

What is Kuda's refund policy?

Returns: We offer refunds to customers who have purchased directly through the Kuda CBD™ website. Our policy is valid for 14 days after your purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. Items must be unopened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email your order number and reason for request of refund or exchange to: to complete your return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or any other original method of payment. This can take several days to reflect on your bank statement and or credit card as each institution has their own process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
